I have just been made aware of another site that is being updated to advise the public as well as Legitimate Pet Rescuers read about the continuing story of the KILLING OF PERFECTLY ADOPTABLE PETS being killed at Humane Society of San Bernardino, as well as the person who appears to be, and who has been named by people who have worked with her, as the primary killer. There are also links on the page to which I refer, so you can follow this issue more completely.
While most pet rescuers realize there will continue to be killing of unwanted pets, they do not agree with the trapping and killing of every animal one gets. There are laws to insure pet owners have an opportunity to retrieve lost pets, and adoption of stray animals that have not been reclaimed by their rightful owner, or that have been "dumped."
These laws have been skirted for decades that many people are aware of, if not longer. The Police, and various other authorities who are suppose to uphold the laws pertaining to animals, ignore these killings. They tell who are reporting such things, that they mush even have videos of the actual killing, before they can or will take action.
There are also many people known to myself, who have even contacted the Humane Society of the United States in regard to one of their HSUS Veterinarian Facilities being used for mass killings.
When I personally called the HSUS office in Washington, DC, I was told to call the west coast office in Sacramento, CA.
When I called the sacramento office, I was directed to their Legal Office. I was told by a man there, that they would have to have more proof than just someone calling and complaining. I was told to report it to the local DA.
Yet, when anyone calls the Police of DA of any city or county I have heard about, they are told basically the same things I have mentioned earlier herein. They were told they had to have solid proof, such as videos. Yet, they themselves are sworn to uphold the laws, and yet they have not done so.
Maybe now, since the lid appears to have been blown off this huge secretly killing machine, they will check into the accusations, and follow up on "Sworn Statements"by people who were or are in position to know from first hand knowledge of these peoples crimes.

If you read the PRESS ENTERPRISE for today Monday, February 7, 2010, you will be shocked. It is finally getting some disclosure.
The San Bernardino Humane Society has been killing and supporting the killing of animals, such as dogs and cats, "for years."While they don't go as far as they could have, naming their "Humane Educator," Lynn Hildebrand, they do quote several people who have direct knowledge of the things going on after hours there.
This is a HUGE THING. This will help expose many of the FAKE RESCUERS, who are many of the people who regularly take in or trap dogs and cats, as well as perfectly adoptable animals, only to kill them.
